Wow, didn’t realize it’s been an entire year since my last post here! Sorry for the hiatus, i’m BACK! Workout plan to coincide the eating plan this time – starts today!

Victory #1 in the new wave of my new workout plan: turning down extra fries, chicken fingers AND mozz sticks from co-workers in lieu of my egg salad sandwich & yogurt. Can’t wait till my body is re-shocked again and doesn’t crave such goodness.

Workout #1 in the books. Feel great, except my elbow that got smashed when I decided to run full speed into my buddy Mike with a yoga ball and got LAUNCHED, only to land on the ground in a crumpled heap.

Other than that, feeling GREAT and excited to move on with the workouts (I might not be saying that tomorrow).
